Gold Membership

Per Month (discount of $5 per visit)
This plan allows 2 visits to be scheduled each month. Payments are set up on AutoPay and drafted/billed automatically to the Member’s card on file. Gold Members realize a savings of at least 3 visits, or $135+, annually over A La Carte pricing.
Platinum Membership
$150
Per Month (discount of $7.50 per visit)
Platinum Membership, $150: This plan allows 4 visits to be scheduled each month. Payments are set up on AutoPay and drafted/billed automatically to the Member’s card on file. Platinum Members realize a savings of at least 8 visits, or $360+, annually over A La Carte pricing.
