Dr. Mark Quinn is a devoted Christ follower, husband, dad, and sports lover. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology from The College of Charleston in 1998. He then received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University- School of Chiropractic, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2001. He began practicing chiropractic in 2002 and opened his own private practice in 2003. He became a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner in 2007. His favorite pastime is watching sporting events, especially the ones where family and friends are participating. He also enjoys lifting weights, trail running, stock market charting, learning new things, going to the gunrange, playing loud music, and traveling with his wife and family.

Dr. Mark is certified in advanced extremity adjusting and specializes in the treatment of many sports related issues, as well as common problems that most of us face from active, daily living.
Using a bio-mechanical approach to the body as a whole, Dr. Mark understands that the cause of your problem may not always stem from the site of your pain. He will always thoroughly evaluate you to find the root cause of your pain, then work diligently to alleviate it, so that you can perform your best and enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle once again.

As an avid sportsman himself, with a busy sports family, Dr. Mark is passionate about using his God given talents and professional training to help as many athletes as possible. He has served as Team Chiropractor for the U.S. Women’s National Championship Rugby Team and currently works with an elite CrossFit athlete preparing for the CrossFit Games. We welcome any and all athletes and teams to come experience the difference exceptional chiropractic care can make in your sport performance.

How do I become a patient of Foothills Spine and Sport?
It’s easy! Click here to be directed to the appointment schedule. Choose your date and time, then click “I’m A New Patient” and follow the prompts. After booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to fill out your New Patient Paperwork. This paperwork must be filled out prior to your first visit. (NOTE: No patients will be seen without completing paperwork.)

How much does each visit cost?
We have a few simple options for our patients:
- A La Carte: This option is $45 for each visit, paid at the time of service.
- Loyalty Membership Program: This option gives you the choice between 2 discounted rates and premium scheduling options with Dr Mark! Payment will be auto-drafted monthly.
Two Loyalty Membership tiers are available to choose from:
- Gold Members – 2 visits per month, $80 (discount of $5/visit)
- Platinum Members – 4 visits per month, $150 (discount of $7.50/visit)
What is the Loyalty Membership Program?
Foothills Spine and Sport is offering a simple, budget friendly recurring subscription to a limited number of our most loyal patients and athletes. Loyalty Members receive early, exclusive access to Dr Mark’s calendar to book their preferred appointment dates and times for the month, and can see savings of at least 8 visits annually (or $360+). In addition, should a Loyalty Member desire more treatment, they also receive this discounted Loyalty Member rate for each extra visit, for even more savings!

How do I sign up for the Loyalty Membership Program?
Our Loyalty Program has a limited number of spots, so please click here to send us your email request to enroll in the program. Don’t forget to include which tier you prefer: Gold or Platinum. Then, be on the lookout for a confirmation email with further instructions.
Will my Loyalty Member visits roll over from month to month?
Sorry! There are no roll overs or transfers for un-used appointments. Please make sure to schedule all of your visits for your preferred dates and times as soon as possible. Remember, you will have exclusive, early access!
What if I need more care than my Loyalty Membership offers?
No problem! Additional visits may be scheduled and you’ll keep your special Loyalty Member pricing: Gold Members: $40/visit; Platinum Members: $37.50/visit Simply pay at the time of service.
How do you bill me for my Loyalty Membership?
Your plan will be set up on AutoPay and will be drafted/billed monthly to a debit/credit card of your choice.
How do I cancel my Loyalty Membership?
It’s simple! Click here to submit a written email request to Dr. Mark 30 days before your next AutoPay, and your membership will be cancelled. No questions asked.
